June 14 2016KIMUA Group goes one step forward by obtaining ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 certificates

KIMUA Group adds two new Official recognitions to its range of credentials: ISO 3834-2:2006 and EN 1090-2:2011 (EXC 3); accordingly, KIMUA Group can now ensure the maximum quality of its welded products since the beginning and optimize the whole welding process, thanks to the tight quality control that is mandatory for meeting the guidelines of both standards.

Furthermore, both standards complement each other.  On the one hand, ISO 3834-2:2006 establishes the competence levels for welding metallic materials, as well as the capabilities and staff requirements for such a specific scope of activity.  On the other, EN 1090-2:2011 (EXC 3) sets the framework for establishing a complete Welding Quality Management System, where protocols, control procedures, surveillance milestones and records are implemented to allow a strict traceability of the full fabrication process.

Last but not least, KIMUA Group announces that it has started working side by side together with DNV-GL in Germany and Spain for certifying its solutions from designing to manufacturing and thus, providing its clients with DNV-GL certified solutions when they require it.
